Job Description :
Client has implemented Workday Core, Payroll for US/PR, Advanced Compensation and Talent/Performance functionality globally across 60+ countries and 8 languages and are now moving to deploy Workday Recruiting as a phase 2 implementation. The Business Analyst will be an integral part of the core project team and will work closely with the TA Lead. This role will be responsible to be part of the Talent Acquisition work stream, defining requirements to ensure a successful future state design and transition, including:

Collaborating with global TA and recruiters to define TA requirements for future state design and configuration
Collating, assessing and documenting and maintaining TA requirements
Being a key contributor, working closely with the SI Recruiting team to ensure requirements are understood
Testing all phases of configuration to ensure configuration meets the requirements
Supporting change management and privacy teams
Having a good understanding of when to make decisions and when to escalate issues
Being part of the core project team to provide TA input across key work streams including reporting, change management, integrations, testing and training
Identifying and understanding potential dependencies across other work streams
Being part of user acceptance testing requirements, documentation and testing
Providing regular work stream updates and meeting assigned task/milestone due dates

Qualifications: Candidate must possess the following knowledge:

Working knowledge of ATS implementations, and Workday Recruiting
Experience within Talent Acquisition within a global function
Experience working with stakeholder groups across multiple regions

Education and/or Experience
Excellent verbal and written skills
4+ years’ experience in supporting Human Resources Recruiting or Recruiting projects/programs
3+ years’ experience in cross-functional, global teams
2 years’ Experience as a TA SME on global ATS implementations

Experience of Taleo to Workday conversion projects
Past experience with global healthcare/manufacturing companies
