Specific Responsibilities and skills for Position :
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Workday consultant to join a high performing, fast paced team.

In this role the successful candidate will:

Assist with ongoing day to day Workday compensation support. Knowledge of Job Profiles, Grade Profiles and Compensation plans required
Assist with ongoing day to day Workday Talent and Performance Support
Serve as compensation consultant for Workday Advanced Comp Implementation, ensuring the solution is designed holistically across modules.
Working closely with implementation partner and functional process lead, support implementation of Workday Advanced Compensation
Partner with functional and technical teams to ensure that business requirements are being met by the technology
Participate in end to end design reviews, prototype reviews and user acceptance testing
Assist with data cleanup, extraction/load and data validations(as needed)
Subject Matter Expertise on HR Technology, processes, reports and integrations while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Create Workday reports as needed for ongoing support needs

Essential Duties and Job Functions

Performs Workday day to day support tasks for Compensation and Talent, maintain data integrity.
Assist with data cleanup, data loads and data validation for the in Workday.
Provides advice and support to HR, IT, Payroll and other functional areas on Workday related questions and issues. Knowledge of core compensation setup, configuration, and best practices.
Support Workday Talent and Performance set up and maintenance.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

Typically requires a BA/BS degree, preferably with an emphasis in HR Information Systems, information technology or HR, and a minimum 7 years of relevant experience. An MS degree can be substituted for 3 years of related experience. Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required. Requires strong analytical and technical skills with a good understanding and working knowledge of Human Resources operations. Must be able to exercise judgment and independently determine and take appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures. Works under general direction from immediate manager. Workday functional configuration (Core HR, Performance & Talent and Base Compensation) experience a must.
Strong knowledge of HR administration and HRIS.
Strong knowledge of HR systems and Excel
