1 Workday HRIT Analysts (Workday HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Comp experience required*
Role: Workday HRIT Analyst (HCM, Recruiting and Advanced Comp experience needed)
Location: New York, New York
Duration: 6 months
Hours per week: 40 per week
Onsite Requirement: Request is 100% onsite in NYC. Onsite Monday-Thursday (travel home Thursday night)
Skills Required:
Solid understanding of Human resources function
Highly analytical with strong functional skills in areas in Workday HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Security and Reporting
6-8 years of HR systems experience with 3-4 years’ experience in Workday including configuration and integrations (at least 1-2 end to end implementation experience)
Understanding of SaaS third party applications, specifically the Workday platform
Ability to manage release cycles by analyzing requirements, obtaining prioritization from the business, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications, and working with Development and QA to ensure business needs are met
Develop and apply a structured methodology to the specification of requirements, ensuring that all requirements are in a standardized layout and can be easily shared and understood by all stakeholders
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders


2 Workday Reporting Analysts
Role: Workday Reporting Analyst
Location: Los Angeles, California
Duration: 6 months
Hours per week: 40 per week
Onsite Requirement: Request is 100% onsite in Los Angeles. Onsite Monday-Thursday (travel home Thursday night)
Skills Required:
Strong functional understanding of core HR business terminology, processes and practices.
6-8 years of HR systems experience with 3-4 years’ experience in HR system reporting tools, preferably Workday Report Writer
In depth knowledge of Workday database structure and business process design, and comprehensive understanding of Workday Security as it relates to report writing
Experience with other Workday modules advantageous
Ability to understand and interpret stakeholder requirements and translate into meaningful metrics / reports
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated and organized with a well-developed sense of time, projects and priority management
