Key Responsibilities:
The Systems Analyst job family forms part of the Application Development track within the IT function. Systems Analysts are responsible for participating in applications development, maintenance, and enhancement IT projects. They provide specialized technical knowledge. They contribute to the achievement of business objectives by identifying opportunities for effective use of technology and developing, implementing and supporting IT solutions on time and on budget. This particular role will focus on HR Technologies including Workday, in support of the customer migration from Oracle EBS to Workday go-live in 2019.

Technical Skills:
Individuals in this job position have technical experience and are in the process of acquiring a broader knowledge of various technical areas.
Develop new, or modifying existing, reports and integrations from Workday to internal and external systems using Workday technologies including calculated fields, custom reports, EIBs, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, Web Services, PICOF’s, etc.
Support and maintain the Workday Implementation from an Integration perspective.
Building integrations between different departments of an organization (HR, payroll, or other HR / Business systems)
Create and maintain Custom Integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder(EIB) and Workday Studio.
Create and maintain Cloud Connect Integrations.
Work with vendors for debugging issues with integrations and mapping the requirements.
Good understanding of the Workday Data Model.

Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 year experience in systems analysis, design, development, and implementation
An understanding of basic concepts, terminology and practical application of current and emerging technologies.
2+ years professional experience using Workday HR technologies.
A t least 1 year experience with Payroll Integrations.

Skills:
Strong analytical abilities and technical skills to evaluate alternative approaches and to recommend the most feasible and economical solutions
Good understanding of architectures, analytical and design techniques, database technologies, and programming languages including Business Intelligence
Ability to design applications using the appropriate systems architecture, database structures, and communication and network technologies
Analytical abilities and technical skills to isolate problems, fix immediate needs, analyze all ramifications and implement complete solutions
Familiarity with project management techniques
Ability to effectively participate in or potentially lead teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in audience appropriate terms.
