Technical Specialist - 5 to 6 years relevant experience
This position will entail the daily maintenance and execution of projects on the agency websites and various other websites that will be coming online. Daily maintenance includes, but is not limited to the following: updating WordPress plugins, Drupal Modules, creation of new webpages for content and UX framework, uploading of documents and making them ADA compliant, routine security upgrades to the website, and integration of multiple data sources/databases. The position will also entail a larger initiative for the agency which encompasses the conversion of PDFs to e-forms through the Gravity Forms plugin. This initiative will require solid communication skills to work with the Agency’s program offices and meet the expectations of those offices.
The position will report to the Digital Director of the agency and will work in tandem with two current web developers for the agency. Solid communications skills and project management are needed.

Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming languages - JavaScript, JQuery, PHP
Heavy Database Management Experience
Strong Graphics Design
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience
Experience with creating UX/UI framework that allows for scalability and responsiveness across devices
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Experience with building reusable code and libraries for future use
Strong understanding of Implementation/management of security and data protection
Knowledge of Integrating multiple data sources and databases into one system
HTML5

Experience with Mass Email services
