Role : Wintel Exchange Administrator
Location : Framingham, MA

Conduct management, monitoring, and tuning of Exchange 2010/2013
Manage and perform patching, updates, and health and resource monitoring to Vmware 5.5
Conduct Active Directory management and configuration across multiple domains and multiple sites
Build, configure, and troubleshoot MS Server
Perform Symantec Netbackup
Conduct enterprise monitoring
Conduct server patching, etc. of Endpoint Management
Maintain Wintel configuration, mapping, processes, and service
Assist with the development and maintenance of policies for administration, usage, and disaster recovery
Troubleshoot problems by users and maintain system efficiency
Coordinate the timing and dependencies of future upgrades
Extract data from databases for report generation and recommend improvements to reports
Plan, install, configure, maintain, and distribute system software
Diagnose and repair problems and deploy upgrades to existing networks
Liaise between systems group and end users
Monitor data quality and integrity
Conduct research on Wintel products and best practices to keep aligned with developments in the market
Provide after-hours support as needed to users
Provide training to end users as needed
