Product Exposure
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks.
- TCP and SMB: should have a strong ability to read and analyze
network captures.
- Through understanding of implementations and troubleshooting
of: DNS, DHCP, DFSN.
Experience
8+ years of customer facing support or equivalent experience.
