Job Description :
Proactively and efficiently administer servers using enterprise toolsets such as SCCM, SCOM, etc.
Perform patch management via SCCM and ensure Windows servers have latest approved patches.
Monitor health, performance, and optimization of Windows Server environment.
Respond to work orders and resolve incident tickets.
Effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Ensure server security and control compliance.
Implement best operational practices for Windows Server environment, and automate where applicable.
Participate in rotational on-call duties to provide after-hours support.
Follow policies and procedures for change, incident, and problem management.

Required Skills:
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree/work experience.
3 + years’ working knowledge in Windows server enterprise environment.
3 + years’ working knowledge with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM
Working knowledge with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM
Working knowledge with VMware 6x (vCenter, vSphere
Proficiency with Windows Active Directory services.
Ability to create and/or modify scripts (batch, PowerShell
Understanding of basic network concepts (LACP, VLAN tagging, routing, QoS
Understanding of basic storage concepts SAN,NAS (CIFS and NFS
Be able to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
Possesses excellent project management and organizational competencies.
Must have strong customer service mindset.
Proven ability to manage short deadlines, emergency situations and changing priorities.
