Job Description:
The Client Engineering provides Engineering and Design for the Windows PC Service including:
Windows Client hardware evaluation, certification and configuration
Core Windows Client software evaluation, certification and configuration
Development and maintenance of the baseline/underlying Windows PC Service Security & Controls
Development and maintenance of Design, Implementation and Operations practices
Subject matter expertise for Windows Client software and hardware providing:
Training and support to the Technical Services groups
Development resources for staffing Windows PC Service related projects
Skills Requirements:
Familiarity with Virtualization
Ability to script
Infrastructure experience
Troubleshooting skills
Basic network troubleshooting (DNS, VLAN/subnet concepts
Technical skills:
VMWARE products
