- 20% of role operating system stabilization/patching
- 80% of remaining time to help with help desk tickets related to basic server support using service now – administrator focused.
- Experience in supporting Dell/HP/Cisco/Nutanix/VDI/Active Directory/Solarwinds SNMP/V Strong V Sphere VM Ware/Splunk/QRadar/EMC Data Domain
