Looking for windows administrators with group policy and security controls experience
Position: Windows Administrator (night shift-6.00PM to 1.00 AM)
Location: Baltimore, MD (Remote role possible after sometime/ if the candidates are strong)

Description
Keep systems and applications up-to-date with patches
Provide technical support to users
Integrating, upgrading, and managing domain services and infrastructure systems in a Microsoft Windows Server environment
Contributing to computer and network security using a variety of security-based software products and hardware appliances
Experience of Netapp storage solutions.
Experience with ISCSI
Experience with Group Policy for server hardening
Experience with CIS tempelates
Managing data backup and restoration systems for the facility
Some administration and maintenance of client computers and solutions in various LAN environments
Monitor the ticket queues, troubleshoot and resolve assigned hardware, software and LAN/WAN trouble tickets
Fulfill Service Requests such as workstation moves, software installations and equipment configuration changes
Verify with the customer that the issue has been resolved to their satisfaction
Create Active Directory computer and user accounts
Assist in managing Windows Server 2012/2016 configurations, security patches and applications
Maintain system backups utilizing Symantec NetBackup, and regularly conduct testing of restored data
Documents, tracks and monitors all problems and requests to ensure a timely resolution
Consistently meets the service target objectives and ticket resolution rates
