Required Skills:-
5+ years of customer facing support or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks.
TCP and SMB: should have a strong ability to read and analyze network captures.
Through understanding of implementations and troubleshooting of: DNS, DHCP, DFSN.
