Required Skills:
8+ years’ experience In Active directory/DHCP/DNS /Windows technologies. Certification in Windows Technologies.
Experience on MS Exchange 2008/2016
Worked on migrations/up gradations
Knowledge of Citrix/Virtual environment would be added advantage
Customer centric while have to work in Onshore/Offshore Model
Propose solutions which would benefit in reducing ticket volume/manual efforts
Automation (Powershell/Shell scripting)
ITIL knowledge
