Strong Knowledge on troubleshooting skills on Windows server
Strong Knowledge on server management tools
Knowledge on Remote system administration
Provide the root cause analysis on the major incidents/problems
Monitoring of logs and alerts
Performance Threshold management
Disk Administration: Compact Partitions & Shares, Disk Quotas, DFS
Administration of DNS, DHCP, WINS, Terminal Server, File & Print server & DFS Servers
H/W troubleshooting & Vendor coordination
Firmware & BIOS upgrade
Understanding of capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning.
Hand-on knowledge on various RAID technologies (RAID 0+1, RAID 1, RAID 5 etc
Contribute to internal knowledge management system
Provisioning & Decommissioning of Server
Experience with VUM (VMware update manager)
Excellent skills in managing VMware 5.X and above
Hands-on-experience in managing HP Blades, VCEM, Virtual connect
Experience with P2V migration, DRS, High availability etc.

Handling Data Center Operations with Business & Mission Critical applications
Resolving technical issues and analyzing the cause for critical issues.
Executing changes as per defined process.
Providing support to customer IT environment throughout.
Technical Transition & Documentation skills
