Proficient in Microsoft Server OS o Strong Knowledge of Windows 2008,2008 R2,Windows 2012 2016 troubleshooting skills o Good experience on VMWare 6. administration Server commissioning, decommission. resources upgrades. Etc. o Good Exposure on server patching using SCCM o Good exposure on DFS Servers o Antivirus Patch management. o Working experience on any monitoring tool, ticketing tool o Good exposure on OS security hardening and Compliance Check o Good knowledge on ITIL processes o Should be able to adopt new skills and willing to upgrade skill. o Strong customer service skills. o Develop and Maintaining Documentation.
