· Handling Data Center Operations with Business & Mission Critical applications
· Deliver WINTEL projects on time
· Executing changes as per defined process.
· Providing support to customer IT environment throughout.
· Technical Transition & Documentation skills
Manage offshore project resources
Technical Skills
· Strong Knowledge of Windows 2008 – 2016 server
· Strong Knowledge on server management tools
· Knowledge on Remote system administration
· Disk Administration: Compact Partitions & Shares, Disk Quotas, DFS
· Administration of DNS, DHCP, WINS, Terminal Server, File & Print server & DFS Servers
· H/W troubleshooting & Vendor coordination
· Firmware & BIOS upgrade
· Understanding of capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning.
· Hand-on knowledge on various RAID technologies (RAID 0+1, RAID 1, RAID 5 etc
· Contribute to internal knowledge management system
· Provisioning & Decommissioning of Server
· Experience with VUM (VMware update manager)
· Excellent skills in managing VMware 5.X and above
· Hands-on-experience in managing HP Blades, VCEM, Virtual connect
· Experience with P2V migration, DRS, High availability etc.
Able to write powershell scripts
