Job Description :
Windows 10 migration consultant
Bethesda, MD
Must be local. Must have active secret clearance.
Could start as soon as Monday.
Work would be Monday thru Friday. 40 hour work week. They might also have a night shift too. So if the candidate can only do work after hours that could work too.
Scope of work:
Windows 10 migration
Using CP Migrator
Desktops have already been delivered to each base
Airforce has started their own migrations and they need a lot of help
Contract for 1 to 2 months
The tech’s resume should contain the skills required prior to an engagement/phone call
*Ctrl F for migration, windows 10, deployment, OS, Security+ CE+, etc.
Technology Area
Microsoft Windows 7, 8/8.1 and Windows 10
Desktop/Laptop hardware (primarily Dell/HP/Lenovo)
Windows OS Deployment/WinPE
Responsibilities
Follow standards for design documentation
Execute deployment processes
Work as part of an implementation team
Troubleshoot issues that occur during a deployment
Run reports and follow customer maps to find computers
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree and/or 2 years of relevant product experience preferred
Must have the following certification:
Active Secret Clearance
A+ or MCSA certification or equivalent Advanced Technology experience is preferred
Proficient in basic Windows/Hardware troubleshooting
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
