Critical Skills:
Strong Project Management skills & Client presence
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of EUS environment, Operating Systems and application (Win7, Win 10, O365, etc packaging.
Experience in deploying Windows 10 OS
Ability to lead manage all client interaction and client communication
Ability to co-ordinate multiple and dissimilar activities simultaneously
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Results focused; solid organizational and time-management skills.
Extremely focused on meeting deadlines
Good project management skills and knowledge of service delivery methodologies
Qualifications:
Prior Windows 10, O365 project experience required
Deployment Project and Transition experience
Capable with Project Management tools (i.e. MS Project, IT Service Management Tools)
Understanding of ITIL Process – Preferred (ITIL Foundation Certification)
