Job Description :
Responsibilities:
§ Windows 2012 application support contact to ensure timely and accurate response to all Support inquiries
§ Respond to inquiries for support requests from RPA customers and admins
§ Support end-user RPA client installations, configurations, updates and migrations through problems.
§ Occasionally Provide 24/7 on-call support after hours
§ SQL 2012 installation and troubleshooting
§ Windows Server 2012 R2 configuration and troubleshooting
§ Monitor production performance of Win 2012 server alarms, back-end processes, mitigate program failures, and work on escalations
§ Collaborate with colleagues regarding development best practices for production support environment.
§ Address network connectivity and configuration
§ Troubleshoot Windows 2012 OS, IIS, and Services
§ Experience in developing vbscript, powershell script, windows batch programming and CNET to create monitoring programs and utilities
§ Experience with REST and Web Services
§ Experience on Mirroring, Clustering and High Availability environments.

§ Experience on Mirroring, Clustering and High Availability environments.?Excellent documentation, presentation and communication skills ?Excellent troubleshooting skills (technical and non-technical) ?Detailed knowledge of system security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques ?Detailed knowledge of Data center polices and procedures?Knowledge of Security architecture, firewall, integrating security products, developing and coordinating security implementation plans. ?Experience with SAP and/or Oracle SOA is a plus but not required ?Must have industry recognized security certification like CISSP, GIAC, CISM, etc. ?Master in computer science or any engineering field
