10+ years experience with Windows 2000 / 2003 / 2008 Servers
Experience in managing Microsoft Systems in a 24x7 environment
Experience managing mid to enterprise Microsoft Environments. Specialization in Exchange.
Microsoft Certification or equivalent preferred.
Strong understanding of active directory and Group Policies.
Extensive knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (Windows 2000, 2003, 2008), performance monitoring and tuning
Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, much experience is preferred
Strong understanding and experience of Active Directory and group policy
Good understanding of architecture (Not an architect)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills to interact with customers to prioritize work, balance and lead complex projects
Ability to work independently
