Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Possess strong skills to drive wintel team deliverables from onsite.
2. Flexibility to provide on-call support during off business hours.
3. Drive CSI projects from Onsite
4. Ability to work with different customer teams for success.
5. Good knowledge on the following infra technologies,
6. Windows 2008 / 2012 and 2016 OS
7. MS Exchange 2010 / office 365
8. Lync 2010/Skype
9. Blackberry MDM Solution
10. Citrix XenApp Application virtualization
11. Powershell scripting
12. SCOM 2016.
13.Server patching and knowledge on SCCM 2012.
