I have an available position for a Portal Developer in Saint Petersburg, FL

Must relocate to Tampa and be willing to convert permanently
Must have at least one year with ANY web portal technology
Must have Angular ideally Angular 5
Must have lead exp w off-shore
Here are the requirements:
At least 4-8 years of experience in development and testing of WebSphere Portal applications with experience in Java and JSR-286 integrating with REST API’s.
At least 2 years of experience in WebSphere Portal development.
Ability to install and configure applications in WebSphere Portal and related products
Ajax experience, including developing or working with Web Services (RESTful, SOAP, or otherwise)
4+ years experience in Web technologies, including - HTML5, XML, CSS, Javascript, dojo, JQuery
Knowledge of WebSphere Portal System Administration (xmlAccess, Release builder and Security), SDLC
processes, Rational tool suite.
Ability to assess and optimize code for efficient performance and understanding of performance tuning for Enterprise
Solutions
Understand IBM Web Content Manager and relation to portal pages, design patterns, and development frameworks
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Strong IBM WebSphere Portal and Web Content Manager development knowledge. Ability to design and develop new web solutions for the PSCU “Digital Experience” platform using industry standard SDLC processes.
Ability to support and lead others to develop new WebSphere Portal web components utilizing onshore and offshore
teams.
Champion new development and code releases.
Ability to design and develop solutions on the IBM WebSphere Portal platform using JSR286 spec portlet integrating
with REST API’s.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both verbal and written formats to a technical and business
audience.
Education:
BS Computer Science or related degree.
