Title: Websphere Portal Developer
The Consultant must meet all of the following minimum qualifications:
1. Three (3) years of experience within the last three (3) years performing all of the following:
Maintaining Websphere Portal websites and applications in Websphere Portal 7.x and WWCM 7.x
Creating themes, skins, and theme policies for Websphere Portal 7.x.
Developing JSR 168 portlets applications using JSP and conventions.
Supporting Server (WPS) and Lotus .Web Content Management (WCM) 7.0.
Creating IBM WCM 7.0 authoring templates, presenting templates,
Components and workflows.
Maintaining IBM WPS 7.0 themes and skins.
Creating JSPs or servlets interfacing with the WCM Application program interface or other repositories.
Modifying and deploying WAR files.
Creating front-end user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap.
2. Five (5) years of experience within the last eight (8) years performing all of the following:
Supporting and maintaining applications using ASP Net.
Maintaining databases in Microsoft SQL Server or ORACLE.
3. Three (3) years of experience within the last three (3) years performing all of the following:
Analyzing, evaluating, configuring and debugging websites using the Siteimprove application.
Siteimprove System Administration functions.
Applying ADA Section 508/WCAG 2.0 legislation and regulations.
Debugging websites to comply with Section 508/WCAG 2.0 Level "A " and "AA " conformance.
4. Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years implementing ADA
Section 508,''WCAG 2.0 guidelines.
References will be requested if called for an interview. experience will not be accepted as a full year. Partial months of experience will not be accepted as a full year.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain existing websites and applications in WebSphere Portal 7.x and WWCM 7.x This shall be accomplished by completing all of the following:
o Create themes, skins and theme policies for WebSphere Portal 7.x.
o Develop JSR 168 portlets applications using JSP and conventions.
o Support Server (WPS) and Web Content Management (WCM) 7.0.
o Create 18M WCM 7.0 authoring templates, presentation templates, components and workflow''s.
o Maintain 18M WPS 7.0 themes and skins.
o Create JSPs or servlets interfacing With the SCM Application program interface or other repositories
o Modify and deploy WAR files.
o Create front-end user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript jQuery and Bootstrap.
Comply with ADA Section 508NVCAG 20 Levels "A " and "AA conformance and enable all County websites to be accessible to the disabled public, elderly and employees by completing a of the following:
o Analyze, evaluate, configure and debug websites using the Siteimprove application.
o Perform the Siteimprove system administration functions.
o Debug websites to be ADA conformance_
Mentor client staff in the maintenance of County websites and related technologies.
