* 3+ years of WebSphere Application Server Version 7.x, 8.x and 9.x installation/support
* 2+ years of IBM Portal hosting experience
* 2+ years of working in WAS/Portal clustered/failover environments
Required Skills/Experience
* Installation and Configuration of WebSphere Application Server and IBM Portal
* Hands on Experience in enabling the security using LDAP
* WebSphere and Portal Architecture & Solution Design.
* WebSphere and Portal Administration and Maintenance, Deployment, and Integration
* WebSphere Auditing, monitoring and capacity planning, tuning and problem resolution.
* EAR and WAR file deployments, Configurable service creation, DSN set up
* Web Server integration and administration experience (IHS and Apache)
* SSL Certificate understanding and hands-on maintenance experience
* Production support experience is REQUIRED; availability for on-call support as needed.
Preferred Skills/Experience
* Setting up Tivoli and Dynatrace alerts for WebSphere
Education/Certifications
* Bachelor degree required in a science, technical, or mathematics related field of study; or, 8+ years of related work experience in an IT infrastructure role.
