2. Analyze webservice calls, stored procedure calls using request and response from Portals/SOA based apps/MB/MQ apps, to triage and resolve issues
3. Proactive monitoring of Service Integration environment using the splunk monitoring, logs monitoring, alerts monitoring
4. Deployment and checkout support
