Job Description :
As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience administering an Esko WebCenter solution, assisting with creation of user documentation and training activities. Your ability to evaluate, analyze, document and service client needs is second to none, and you have a natural desire to help people understand things that are hard to understand.
Candidate must be highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while anticipating the needs of client.
Discovery, Design and Foundation:
Partner with the Client to Design, Create & Edit Client WebCenter Workflows
Partner with the Client to create user training materials designed around the custom implementation of Webcenter
Partner with the Client on attending all critical business strategy meetings
Co-Lead the user training and system implementation
Provide ongoing mentorship with end users on web center system

Day -To-Day:
Manage user administration related responsibilities:
o WebCenter user / group creation and management
o Manage security rights assignment as instructed
o Monitor and maintain active user lists to maximize license availability as required
Manage system administration related responsibilities:
o Serve as primary point of contact for help desk (internal client “The Desk”) support tickets
o Routine software / system maintenance as required outside of SaaS agreements
o Create and maintain any required system documentation specific to client’s implementation of WebCenter and that falls outside of any SaaS agreements.

On-going R&RS:
Provide support for Pre-Production and Production client WebCenter systems
Troubleshoot reported problems to determine if a problem is workflow, process, or application related and react accordingly
Closely interact with software vendor and business staff to facilitate resolution of incidents
Research scenarios, system incidents, and process flow events as needed
React to outages to quickly identify, communicate and work to rectify issues
Escalate core application related problems to Esko (software vendor) on an as needed basis
Create/modify WebCenter Menu items, Saved Searches, and Dashboards
Ability to utilize standard WebCenter tools to modify the WebCenter user interface
Perform minor WebCenter workflow enhancements (new statuses, attributes, WebCenter Lists, Restricted Sets)

Required Skills:
Attention to detail
2-3 years of experience as Esko WebCenter Administrator
Hands-on knowledge and experience with adult training/education
o Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation
o Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
Previous software development experience is a plus
Experience testing applications is a plus

Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field
2-4 years’ industry experience as an effective technical writer
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Experience working with multiple teams to design, develop, implement and support new iterations of the application
