Job Description :
We have a urgent requirement for Web development experience

Location : Plymouth, Pennsylvania

Experience –
3-5 years of Web development experience • Frontend Web Designing & Development • Back end development experience (Java, JSP) - preferred • Familiarity with Cloud (AWS, Google, Azure) - preferred • SDLC experience

Soft Skills -
Attention to detail
A logical approach to problem solving • The ability to work independently and in mixed teams • Good communication skills.
Management Skill: Should have good client facing / management skills for Cop/Gemini service
Should be able to independently handle Issues and escalations, 3rd Parties , Infrastructure, Service Desk within client teams.
Should be able to liase the offshore delivery team to provide quality service.
Should be good team player.
Interaction: Will be closely working with IKEA US innovation team
Participate in all required/requested internal and client meetings.
Complexity/Problem Solving: Utilize all technical skills to support innovation team.

Accountability: As Web Development expert:
Resource will mostly be responsible for designing and developing web based solutions (front/back end) • Any other requirement within his overall skill when requested
