JOB DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor''s Degree (major in marketing, computer science, communications, web design or graphic design, preferred Master’s degree a plus.
5+ years of front-end web development experience. Full stack web developers preferred.
Ability to create markup from scratch.
Must be able to deliver pixel-perfect designs with highly efficient and minimal markup that is still cross-browser compliant and degrades gracefully.
Must be familiar with the all latest frameworks/libraries and grid-based responsive design.
Stays current with latest development methodologies, design patterns and processes.
Expert skills with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Proficiency with optimization techniques for web servers vs. interactive HTML5 packaged content.
Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly prioritize tasks. Meeting deadlines is the utmost importance.
Works with online cross-browser testing apps or instances of local VMs.
Fluent working with Photoshop and Illustrator files. Bonus points for Sketch and Axure.
Excellent debugging skills.
Regular user of a version control system.
Ability to work independently as well as part of team, with a proactive and creative attitude.
Understanding of project methodology and approach to business strategy, design and development.
Must be able to showcase an agency-quality portfolio.
