Job Description :
Experience Level - 5+ Years

Key requirement / attributes:
Provide outstanding service in a call center environment.
Communicate accurate and appropriate information to internal and external user inquires troubleshoot, and resolve complaints.
Address high and ultra-high net worth client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist with initial login instructions, password set-up and general navigation of supported web applications.
Primary Internal and External Application Access Administrator for two Portfolio Valuation Web Portals.

Duties to include:
User Access Validation
Password Administration
Site Security Administration
Access Level Administration
Due diligence review of portal/application access requests.
Analysis, trouble shooting, reporting and timely resolution of self- identified or reported issues related to site functionality.
Participate in scheduled Business Continuity exercises that require working beyond a normal weekday schedule.
Partner with Project Management for application testing and production implementation.
Other department related duties not specifically above.
