Job Description:
1. Administration of IBM Business Process Manager, Business Monitor versions 7.0, 8.5 and above and IBM Websphere Portal versions 6.1 and 8.0, Websphere Application Server 7.0 & 8.5. Provide support for these products in a clustered, high-availability, dual-data center environment.
2. Installation, configuration and deployment of ear files and web modules including BPELS and Monitor Models, in the Integration, Test, Staging and Production environments.
3. Participate in verification, failure and failover testing.
4. Work closely with application development, quality assurance and enterprise architecture teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in all environments.
5. Perform Process Server, Business Monitor, Portal and WAS product upgraded and migrations.
6. Work off-hours occasionally to support maintenance, system migrations, upgrades, deployments and other initiatives.
7. Participate in rotational on-call support to maintain 24x7 coverage of the Integrated Justice Portal.

1. Minimum 84 months experience with the installation, configuration and administration of WebSphere Process Server V6.1, V7.0 and Business Process Manager V8.5 in a highly-available, clustered environment. #of months
2. Minimum 84 months experience with the installation, configuration and administration of WebSphere Business Monitor V 6.1 and higher including migration of WBM V7.0 to WBM 8.5 in a highly-available, clustered environment. #of months
3. Minimum 84 months experience with the installation, configuration and administration of WebSphere Portal V6.1 or V8.0 and WebSphere Application Server 7.0 and V8.5 in a highly-available, clustered environment, including migrations of WebSphere Portal V7.0 to V8.0 and WebSphere Application server V7.0 to V8.5. #of months
4. Minimum 60 months experience in implementing, administering and performance monitoring of systems related to criminal justice processing. #of months
5. Minimum 84 months experience with J2EE application deployment and troubleshooting in a high-availability, clustered WebSphere Portal and WebSphere Application Server environments. #of months
6. Minimum 84 months experience with applying the patches/Fixpacks to IBM WebSphere Application servers, Portal servers, Process servers and Business monitor servers and SSL certificate renewals. #of months
7. Minimum 36 months experience administering Alfresco Document Management / Enterprise Content Management in a WebSphere Application Server environment. #of months
8. Minimum 36 months experience administering and configuring IBM Datapower XI50 and XI52 appliances. #of months
9. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science technology related field with IBM WebSphere application server certification. #of months
