Responsibilities
· Create scalable, tested, maintainable code.
· Partnering with the software architects you will translate requirements into first of class solutions that will delight our team members and impact our high-growth business.
· Act as a leader within the team and guide the group to solid technical design decisions while fostering collaboration and knowledge transfer and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
· 8+ years of overall IT experience; 5-8+ years of digital production experience
· 6+ years of experience working on front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, SCSS, jQuery and JavaScript frameworks. Experience in templating frameworks like mustache JS, Responsive Web Design frameworks like Angular JS.
· 5+ years of experience working in Perl (object oriented
· 3+ years of experience in Drupal and other CMS systems
· 5+ years in web based solutions and comfort with unit and integration tests
· Self-starter with proven track record of execution and results in ERP products and systems
· Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate, influence and work as part of a team
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Comfortable working in a highly-collaborative environment.
· Coordinating development of final solutions between external creative teams and in-house or external production & QA teams.
· Support internal clients, including marketing, sales, and senior management.
· Working closely with and coordinating work between the front-end / creative teams and the backend development teams.
· Helping to take our digital capital to the next level!
· Maintain a consistent look and feel and brand standards throughout all web properties
· Implementing production ready web pages.
· Making UX and UI decisions to deliver a better experience.
· Work closely with the IT organization to develop solutions that are robust, fit into the current architecture and leverage data assets that are necessary to tell the best story online.
