We have an urgent requirement for Web Focus Developer with our direct client
Position: Web Focus Developer
Duration: 1 year with extension possible
Location: St Paul, MN
Minimum Qualifications:-
Five (5)years’ experience in Web site Design/ Development role
A Master’s degree substitutes for three years of experience ,or a Bachelor’s degree substitutes for two years ,or an Associate’s degree substitutes for one year
Two (2) engagements lasting more than six (6)months in Website Design/Development role
Five (5) years’ experience designing and developing business intelligence reporting systems in a data warehousing environment using star schemas, data cubes, and data marts.
Five (5) years’ experience developing web applications and reporting systems with the WebFocus Business Intelligence and Analytics Platform including Web Focus 8 experience.
Two (2) years’ experience designing and developing mobile-first reporting systems with emphasis on responsive design and performance optimization.
Desired Skills:-
Have extensive experience with Web Focus and other Business Intelligence tools
Have senior level skills in the Web Focus development environment
Experience in creating accessible work product, specifically in conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA.
Proven work experience as a web designer/developer
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Experience with Web Application sand programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, J Query and API''s
Experience working in an iterative development process
Excellent visual design skills with sensitive itytouser-systeminteraction
Ability to solve problems creativelyand effectively
Up-to-datewiththe latestWeb trends, techniques and technologies
Experience in planning anddeliveringsoftwareplatforms used acrossmultipleproducts andorganizational units
Knowledgeor handsondesign experiencewith WebServices
Strong graspof security principles and howthey applyto E-Commerceapplications
Strong understandingof UI, cross-browsercompatibility, general web functions and standards
Experience with Web UserInterfaceDesign (UI), SecurityPrinciples,Object-Oriented Design
