Job Description :
The Senior Manager E-Commerce & CRM will report to the Chief Technology Information Officer and have responsibility for all aspects of defining, selecting, delivering and maintaining an application portfolio that meets the business capability needs primarily of ATCC’s Sales, Marketing and Customer Service business functions. The current portfolio includes Web, eCommerce, CRM, eProcurement and other ancillary front-office applications. The Senior Manager will lead a team of functional experts for this critical application portfolio to develop application strategy, governance, architecture, platform and integration solutions that deliver value to ATCC customers and provide positive business outcomes. The position demands a very high degree of experience, dedication, flexibility, creativity, sound judgment, and reliability.

This role includes reporting directly to an executive team sponsor and working with the management at all levels of ATCC and project teams to manage scope, budget, resources (on shore and off), communications, project quality, and critical issue and risk resolution.
