Job Description :
Responsibilities
1. Align with business, marketing and IT stakeholder for an enterprise wide optimization & personalization roadmap
2. Working with multiple stakeholders to understand business needs (requirements from brand/marketing/IT teams) & prep the AB test idea (hypothesis, KPI, split, audience, analytics outlook, expected revenue impact, determine duration of test etc
3. Work with UX, creative and front end team to build test experiences for test idea
4. Maintain the AB testing and optimization plan by collecting ideas, prioritizing tests based on the potential impact it will have, and communicating the list to all key stakeholders
5. Setting up A/B test experiences in Adobe Target & product recommendation experience + algorithm in Adobe Target
6. Prepping QA team for Test idea and validation workflow
7. Launch and production monitoring of test post launch
8. Measuring results, compiling and presenting results to key stakeholders
