Web developers/analyst will work with the Application service team to develop new websites, upgrade existing websites and constantly improve the performance and security of those websites. The job requires skills to work with ASP.Net using C# and some VB.Net, SQL Server 2008 and 2012.
In addition, the Web developers/analyst is responsible for assisting in detailing specifications for those applications and assisting in documenting them and to ensure they are built properly in the first place, and then are easier to maintain thereafter. Must also have an eagerness to learn about new technologies and share that knowledge with the rest of the staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain websites using ASP.Net, SQL Server and Content management tools
Monitor web applications and respond to problems in appropriate time,
Must have thorough understanding of IIS6 and IIS7 versions
Must have proper understating of web application security.
Must have understating of improving and creating high performance applications
Additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5-7 years of recent experience with using C# and VB.Net
Minimum 5-7 years of recent SQL server 2005 and 2008 (SQL 2012 experience is a plus) development including complex stored procedure, functions, triggers and views
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in WCF
Ability to work on SQL reporting
Ability to implement and troubleshoot programming changes and modifications.
Understanding of web security
Redeveloping existing systems by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement;
Assisting in creating technical specifications and test plans, as requested;
Working closely with staff such as business analysts, project managers, other programmers, operations staff, etc.
Implementing new software into a production environment via our agreed upon change control processes.
Should be self-directed and able to work with minimum supervision
Experience with HTML, CSS and user interface design.
Familiarity with using version control systems in TFS, Visual Source Safe.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
