Client is seeking a Web Developer to design, code, and create system specifications, analyze, evaluate, test, debug, document, and implement complex software applications.

Job Responsibilities:
*Design, code, test, document, implement, and maintain application programs and interfaces. *Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
*Modify, install, and prepare technical documentation for system software applications. *Monitor systems capacity and performance, plan and execute disaster recovery procedures, and provide technical support.
*Identify, escalate and document production impact issues.
*Evaluate user requests for new or modified computer programs to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility with current systems and capabilities.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field required.
*10+ years experience required.
*Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
*Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue.
*Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
*Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
*Knowledge of computer development software as it relates to systems, such as SQL, VisualBasic, etc.
*Expertise with COBOL, MVS, CICS, JCL, or other mainframe tools and utilities.

Responsibilities
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Facilitate the client''s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Leverages, fosters and extends the use of established UX techniques, templates, presentations, and assets in the creation of UX analysis, solutions, and materials; proposes new solutions or optimizes existing ones, and fosters UX artifact reuse and consistency across team members and/or projects.
Determines best UX solutions based on customer feedback and business goals and helps to determine overall direction, identifying challenges and adapting as needed based on the context of the solution and customer.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Sets an example and creates opportunities to foster collaborative cross-discipline dynamics. Drives UX team delivery excellence, furthering internal and external UX influence and goals
6 or more years of UX design experience across all disciplines. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments in the business to business space with financial cash management a plus.
Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, ProofHQ, Realtime Board, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, Axure and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns. •Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking. •Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry''s latest trends and technologies.
Master of the UX lifecycle with deep, direct experience in all skill areas and tools, including facilitation of workshops or other collaboration techniques to drive momentum and credibility within the organization.
Customer-focused, with experience using design research methods to uncover customer insights
Should be capable of producing high quality results, while simultaneously leading (feedback, mentorship, planning) the delivery for a product or initiative and coordinating with partners where needed.
Thorough knowledge of key channels and platforms, with experience in mobile, portable, dedicated, web, and native solution design.
Experience with resources such as; pattern library, repositories and internal communication tools. between them
