Web Designer
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Must have a link to an ONLINE PORTFOLIO in the summary of the resume AND an attached cover letter.

ADDITIONAL NOTES FROM MANAGER:
How many years of experience are you looking for in a candidate? – minimum 3
Do you want someone who has large enterprise experience or will small mom and pop shops suffice? – either is fine as long as they possess the tech skill set
Can any of the work be done remotely or will you want this person in the office every day? –no, onsite only

Advanced knowledge of:
-HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery and content management systems (CMS);
-Of user-centered design, responsive Web design, Web layout, navigation systems, best practices for accessibility and search engine optimization, and Adobe Creative Suite;

Knowledge of :
-PHP and the capabilities of other dynamic Web development languages and database technologies;
-Social media platforms and online survey, forum environments;
-Intranet and Internet capabilities and concepts; and
-Graphic, video and audio formats.

Demonstrated skill in:
-Developing, designing and maintaining websites and creating visual elements;
-Blog and online survey/forum environments;
-Development best practices for usability and users with disabilities;
-Written and oral communication;
-Digital image acquisition and correction;
-Working successfully in a team environment.

Ability to:
-Research and synthesize technology developments and trends;
-Carry out self-directed learning of new technology and other information;
-Gather, research, organize and analyze facts;
-Create procedure and administration documentation;
-Plan, schedule and deliver work independently;
-Work with a wide variety of personalities and people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience;
