Job Description:
Position: Web Content Manager
Location: Denville, NJ
Longevity: Fulltime

Primary responsibilities include:
Provide oversight and creation, editing, posting and updating of relevant multimedia content on a regular basis. Candidate’s skillset must include effective writing capabilities, creativity, leadership, organization and problem solving.
Edit and optimize website components (copy, page title/descriptions, and site architecture) to increase natural search engine rankings and drive strategic goals, build traffic and drive revenues.
Develop and manage digital project requirements and prioritization including documentation, wireframe requirements for additional content components, project plans/schedules and meetings.
Ensure website content, usability, and appearance are optimal.
Possibly establish and implement personalization strategies that align with customer and prospect journey maps, lead generation and ecommerce.
Analyze conversion results and develop and implement effective conversion strategies and tactics.
Conduct testing of landing pages and paths to optimize campaigns.
Deliver highly qualified website leads to the sales group.

Experience & Skills:
A or B.S. in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
Strong knowledge of core web technologies, including web content management, html, css, JavaScript and e-commerce platforms.
4+ years’ experience optimizing and developing leading B2B and/or B2C websites.
3+ years digital project management experience.
In-depth knowledge of industry leading strategies and methodologies.
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem solver who works well in a team based environment.
Ability to multi-task and deliver under pressure in a high-visibility role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated project management skills including planning, scheduling, meeting deadlines, and working with team members and outside vendors to complete projects on time and within budget.
Experience managing large scale websites with complex data integration across multiple systems built for lead generation, engagement and direct revenue.
Proven record of ability to increase site traffic and performance/sales results.
Experience with online business marketing, campaign management and search engine optimization plus a proven track record of increasing online performance/sales.
