Job Description :
Responsibilities
1. Analyze web site analytics and raw data to formulate and present actionable recommendations to help drive business performance.
2. Help define and recommend measurements, strategies, and reporting using data to drive valuable business decisions.
3. Provide ongoing performance reporting for various business units throughout the company
4. Conduct ad hoc data analyses as needed.
5. Help define, implement, and maintain the company’s global standards for web analytics reporting.
6. Work with Engineering, SEO, and Web Operations teams to establish, implement, and enforce global tagging standards.
7. Understand business users’ needs and translate them to technical requirements for deploying new tracking functionality.
8. QA and testing of new tracking features/implementations.
9. Provide analytics insight and expertise covering a variety of digital channels including, mobile, search (paid and organic), display, social, and email.
10. Generate and present multiple monthly marketing performance reports for a variety of business units and products.
11. Identify optimization strategies to maximize conversion and revenue.
12. Analyze web performance through use of visitor segmentation and marketing attribution.
13. Create custom reports and dashboards on an ad hoc basis.
14. Train new Adobe Analytics users and build a repository of web analytics training materials.
15. Adobe Analytics user administration.
Qualifications
1. Highly proficient in the use of Adobe Analytics (Omniture Site Catalyst) with a minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a web analyst on the Adobe platform.
2. Strong analytical thought process and ability to interpret findings.
3. Advanced Excel user, including experience using pivot tables, charts, and v-lookups.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
5. A basic understanding of statistical analysis.
6. External campaign tracking experience, particularly for paid search, display, and email campaigns.
7. Web content development/publishing experience, using an enterprise content management system (CMS
8. Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or other Technical discipline.
