Role: BMC Remedy Developer
Experience: 8 to 10 years
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Duration: 1 year

Mandatory Technical Skills:
Experience on ITIL, Incident Management, Change Management, Service Management, Software as a Service, CMDB, Automated Discovery and Dependency mapping
Knowledge on Remedy ITSM, Atrium core solutions (including Atrium CMDB, Atrium Discovery and Dependancy Mapping (ADDM), Atrium Orchestrator,BMC Analytics and Dashboards and Service Level Management)
Significant experience in implementing and advising on BMC Atrium CMDB, Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM), and ITIL aligned Enterprise Service Management toolsets such as BMC Remedy ITSM Suite including BMC Remedy Change and Release Management, Remedy Service Desk and Service Request Management (self service and service catalog)
Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software. Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements. Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations
Proactively identify and report on risks, issues and dependencies for the program
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and succinctly, complex design and technical issues, as well as business and product requirements
Strong presentation and documentation skills.
