Role: Oracle Integration Engineer
Exp: 8+ years
Location: Boston, MA
Job Description:
Develop and provide solutions for customizations/integrations in two flavors of Oracle Service Cloud (Browser User Interface using PHP, Thin Client using .net)
End to end ownership of all OSC integrations including design, architecture, and development of new and existing features.
Advise Engineering team on the APIs that are needed for a functionality to be built in OSC.
Use Agile Software Development practice and work closely with the scrum team.
Work independently or as a team and display the ability to juggle multiple tasks/assignments
Create and maintain documentation on interfaces, jobs, schemas, standard operating procedures and work instructions pertaining to data, data movement, systems and databases
Identify root cause analysis and provide solutions for production and development issues
Take ownership of and drive issues to resolution
Own deployment across all OSC environments
Implement best practices and bring automation to tasks like testing, deployment, monitoring etc.
Must have
8+ years of IT Related Experience
5+ years implementation and support experience with Oracle Service Cloud
5+ years’ experience in Javascript, PHP, Shell Scripting, APIs, .net for BUI
A working knowledge of call center/contact center operations and processes including general knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience in developing Oracle Service Cloud custom add-ins, events, portal frameworks, configurations, workspaces and reports
Basic understanding of oracle business suite Order management, customer master, pricing etc.
Must be willing to travel
