Duration: Long term ( Need GC USC, Independent Contractors)

Warehouse Manager

Responsible for inventory control and warehouse operations.

Supervises all Receiving operations inclusive of all raw materials used in the manufacturing process, all office supplies, all components ordered by the Maintenance/Machine Engineering Department.
Prepares appropriate shipping paperwork (pack lists, export documents) required to properly and efficiently ship product to our customers.

Coordinate the pick-up to customer/internal specifications of ALL products(s)/items shipped from this facility.
Coordinate the delivery, with appropriate internal and external personnel, of all materials arriving to the facility.
Supervise employees assigned to the shipping department including provision of appropriate training and support/delegation of duties.

Oversee shipping of all finished goods per customer required packaging and delivery dates.
Maintain working knowledge of all shipping options including common carriers, UPS, Federal Express, DHL, etc.
Prepare paperwork for parts sent for out-of- plant coating. Record in ERP system upon their return to plant. Run barcode labels as needed.

Assist the Supply Chain Manager in the setup of our warehouse and distribution center.
Assist the Supply Chain Manger in the direction, management, and implementation of Supply Chain Management operational programs that will enhance profitability and service to customers.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

Five years’ experience in a Shipping and Receiving Department.
Experience in logistics, contracting, export regulations and manufacturing.
Experience with SAP or other ERP programs.

Proficiency in all Microsoft products (word, excel, etc.
Forklift certified proficiency in operation of electric pallet truck, hand pallet truck and reach truck.
