Job Description :
Strong Background in Workday Benefits ( Health & Welfare, Retirement)
Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll
Solid understanding of how benefits plans such as retirement plans(403b) are setup in benefits/payroll functional area
Need to setup and maintain benefits plans on regular basis
Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits SME’s to understand the business rules and translate into Workday Configurations
Any knowledge of Workday Absence is a great addition
Need to do the EIB loads, calculated fields in setups of Business Processes are a must
Strong understanding of Workday reporting and able to develop simple reports
Work with Integrations team to create/modify and trouble shoot benefits integrations
Knowledge of Workday Benefit Connectors is a must
