WORKDAY HCM Consultant - Pittsburgh, PA - Contract
Technical competencies:
* Responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation
of a complex project module.
* Work as a fully contributing team member, under broad guidance with
independent planning & execution responsibilities; interact with the
functional consultant/client and the key users.
* Perform technical scoping studies, requirements gathering,
suggesting technical solutions through Oracle Ebusiness Suite and user
training.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and implementation and maintenance of
quality systems within the group, Develop technical expertise of group
members in specific areas, customer interaction
* Estimation, ensure peer reviews of software work products, review
and approval of sub-ordinate tasks, technical interviews.
Project Competencies and Behavioural Competencies:
* Involved in monitoring & tracking of tasks, module/Project metrics
collection, status Reporting
* Module/Project metrics collection
* Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and
users to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group
coordination within the modules of the project.
* Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective
knowledge management activity.
