Role: Workday Functional HCM
Exp : 10+yrs
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6 Months
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage Tier 1 ticket on production issues related to Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, etc.
· Provide resolutions or recommendations on production issues
· Update/enable configurations on Recruiting, HCM, Payroll, etc modules (Hire, Change Job and Onboarding) for Workday releases as well as weekly releases
· Provide support on additional special projects as assigned; responsibilities include configurations, generating reports, EIB, audits and testing
· Partner with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document reporting requirements
· Create advanced custom reports
· Maintain requirement/configuration documentation, system training materials and test scripts
· Participate in system testing
Required Skill:
· 5+ total experience in HRMS Products with 2+ years in Workday
· Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting Workday Cross Application Platform including configurations and EIB required
· Experience in configuring Workday Recruiting preferred
· Advanced knowledge of Workday business object relationships Report Writer and Calculated Field required
· Strong proficiency with MS Office; advance MS Excel skill a must
· Ability to consult and communicate succinctly in all occasions
· Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a global, fast pace dynamic environment
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
