Role: Workday Consultant
Location: Honolulu, HI
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:
Develops test plans and test cases.
Develops automated tests.
Performs manual and automated tests for software functionality, installation, and usability.
Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
Manages bugs and error tracking. Documents and presents test results to management.
Coordinates and prioritizes testing of application modifications and bug fixes.
Works with multiple development teams and software projects.
Experience with a test tracking software package is desired.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
This person will be responsible for creating test scripts and test cases, executing and teaching others how to test.
5+ years’ experience in the implementation, development, and/or functional support of technology solutions, in one or more of the following areas:
Core HCM, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, or Reporting / Analytics.
1+ years’ Workday HCM development, configuration, implementation and/or support experience required.
One or more Workday HCM training/certification preferred: HCM Fundamentals.
Workday Core Concepts, Workday Report Writer, Workday Calculated Fields.
Experience on at least one full life cycle Workday HCM implementation preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Productivity Tools (Office, Project, excel)
Skills:
HR Process Knowledge: Knowledge of the processes and operations of the Human Resources Department.
Experience with HR process optimization.
Facilitation:
Ability to listen effectively and actively engages others in discussion/problem resolution.
Innovation:
Ability to identify and pursue new ideas, solutions, methods, and opportunities.
Experience with developing and executing QA testing strategies.
Ability to work independently, managing test scripts from concept through execution.
Workday HCM certifications preferred.
