Position: WMS Support Manager
Location: Johns Creek, GA
Duration: Full Time

Job Description:
6+ years of hands on experience working on a warehouse management system in either of developer, QA or consulting roles.
6+ years of experience in systems implementation or support.
3+ years leading and managing production support projects.
Experience with database technologies and creating queries. Oracle expertise is a plus
Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
Experience with unit testing and Continuous Integration (SVN, Maven, Jenkins, JUnit) tools.
Extremely proficient in handling offshore delivery teams and providing technical leadership/mentoring
Strong analytical, problem solving, multitasking, and time management skills with consistent attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build strong collaborative partnerships across functional lines and at all levels within organization and the business.
