Job description.
Responsibilities:
Work with Client/Business to gather and understand the issues/problems and recommend solutions.
Recommend and Lead discussions with Client/Business on the solutions to resolve the problems/issues. Arrive at a final solution that meets the Client/Business requirements.
Design, Build and Implement these solutions. Document the design with details of all configuration, technical and code changes required.
Actively monitor all phases of development, work with development team to answer any queries or issues faced and ensure the solution is delivered on time and meets the client/business expectations.
Assist the QA and UAT Testing of the solution developed.
Deploy the solution in production after it passes QA and UAT testing.
Provide post Go Live Support after deploying the solution to production.
Address any defects raised quickly with the intent of minimizing any impact to business.
Provide Level Three Support and take lead in resolving any high priority tickets.
Ensure high service delivery performance
Evaluates customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes
Mentor team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications
Required Skill:
5+ years of general consulting implementation experience
5+ years of experience and knowledge of pre-2009 Manhattan WMOS configurations, implementations, troubleshooting and support.
Ability to apply base Manhattan WMOS functionality and configurations to address Client/Business requirements.
Research and recommend custom design to resolve client/business issues/problems
Good Knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL Language
