Job Description :
                                                                             JOB SUMMARY:
Seeking an experienced Trainer for PTC Windchill platform (11.0 or higher) to story board, develop training content, and deliver training to local trainers (Train-the-Trainer) and end users for a configured solution for Change Control, Document Management, Product Configuration Management, and Windchill CAD Integration Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES 
*Work with the Training Team to align on training strategy and approach for the four 
aforementioned areas 
*Assist in developing training courses and content based on the training strategy and story 
boards
*Validate training courses by dry running in training environment and adjust accordingly
*Report any issues with the configured solution or environment to the appropriate IT owner
*Assist in preparing the training environment(S) in advance of training execution which may 
include creating or loading prerequisite data into the training environment for the various 
courses
*Work with the team to deliver both Train-the-Trainer and end user training at various operating company locations in the U.S. and abroad
EXPERIENCE
*5+ years of Industry Experience working with PTC Windchill platform with solid knowledge of 
how Windchill addresses requirements for Change Control, Document Management,  
Production Configuration Management, and Windchill/CAD Integration (CAD Worker)
*Strong communication and customer facing skills and solid experience in developing and 
delivering training on PTC Windchill platform is required.  Experience with Windchill PDMLink 
11.0 or higher are highly desirable
*Experience working in and /or understanding R&D and manufacturing processes for highly 
regulated environments in desirable
*Experience in configuring or customizing Windchill to meet customer requirements is a plus
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This individual will work with highly a experienced team of ITI PLM consultants and the customer''s subject matter experts in R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance.  This is a very exciting and challenging PLM project being delivered on a global scale over the course of 3-5 years or longer.  ITI will provide all resources for adequately completing the work, including hardware, software, training on business procedures, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENT
*This work is primarily based in Cincinnati, Ohio and will require 25% travel on average
*The candidate may be required to travel to various cities throughout the U.S. to deliver training 
mostly in 1 week increments but, as much as, 2 consecutive weeks for a given site
*Travel to Israel, Europe, and Asia may also be required but only to deliver training over the 
course of 1-2 consecutive weeks
EDUCATION:
Bachelor''s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Comparable Industry Experience is desired.
JOB TYPE:
~6 month, full-time contract position starting as early as June 1 - December 31, 2018 with opportunities in 2019 based on performance. 
Potential to be full-time with ITI if candidate also has experience in configuring and customizing PTC Windchill and related products to meet customer requirements.
