Job Description :
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively acts as liaison with internal business stakeholders and subject matter experts to define and review business requirements, assess and update digital content, identify and resolve issues, and develop and document business cases. Maintains relationships to ensure digital content is accurately represented.
Participates in or assists with web development facilitation.
Participate in related testing to ensure automated tools, system requirements and enhancements are maintained.
Initiate and develop project plans for digital content; project plans would include business case development, issue identification and resolution, implementation support, training and vendor interface.
Represent department in various committees and workgroups as required.
Reviews, analyzes, tests and implements all web content for grammatical, spelling and typographic errors with accuracy and speed. Ensures that the web content complies with organizational standards and that corrections are made prior to posting content on sites.
Creates and manages a backlog of user stories; maintains content matrices, process flows and intake documents.
Participates in quality assurance testing and monitors automated tools to maintain and improve quality standards.
Serves as primary moderator of user-generated content in blogs and forums. Contributes to social media marketing efforts as appropriate.
Maintain knowledge of current web related external, corporate and departmental best practices and strategies to ensure enterprise compliance and continuous improvement.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Ability to publish content within an enterprise content management system.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, Access, etc required.

Creative, self-starting, detail oriented, technically savvy with strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Studies, Journalism, English or Technical Writing
Five (5) to seven (7) years of professional experience working in a digital agency, software company, or corporate web team.
